Cirax is a ceramic granulate biological filter medium that creates ideal colonization conditions for beneficial bacteria due to its large, highly porous surface.

The highly porous ceramic-based pellets provide an extremely large surface area that promotes bacterial development and helps ensure excellent water quality.

Features: Compact filter media designed to allow free and efficient water flow through filters while providing a large surface area for bacteria that break down harmful ammonia and nitrite.

Helps maintain bacterial colonies when other filter media are changed and is used to seed other media for improved biological filtration.
