I ordered a Dr Walt electric drill, but I received a different product. The machine does not have the company name mentioned on it. The item does not match the description shown in the listing. Very disappointed with this purchase.😔

The charger is not working and the batteries are dead, so I cannot check if the device is working or not as it is not charging. I would prefer to return it and get a refund.
