Clean the Area: Wipe the child's forehead or temple with a dry cloth to remove any sweat, oil, or lotions.

Apply the Sticker: Peel the adhesive backing and press the sticker firmly onto the forehead, temple, or underarm.

Wait for the Change: Most stickers take about 15–30 seconds to react to the body heat and change color or display a numerical reading.

Monitor Continuously: These stickers are usually designed for continuous monitoring (often up to 48 hours).

You can check the color change & reading with numbers 37,38,39,40 periodically without waking the child.

Dispose After Use: Most indicators are single-use.

Peel it off gently and discard it once the monitoring period is over.
