I weigh 100 kilos—if I pick it up, will it break? I'm scared.
Answer from CandaGrup

I don’t understand how a band that snapped on the very first try could be considered user error. You said it’s flexible up to 25 kilograms—I couldn’t even apply that much force. In your response to another customer’s question, you said, “It’s made of high-quality, durable material—nothing will happen.” If the material you describe as “durable and high-quality” snaps on the very first use, that means there’s something wrong with it. After all, this isn’t my first time working out I’m not a beginner at this either—I shop a lot on Trendyol. Would I ever buy another product from you? Absolutely not.
Answer from CandaGrup
We've sold hundreds of these products, and you're the first one to have one break on the first try. There's nothing wrong with the product.

How does the meter turn off? I pressed and held the off button but it doesn't work :( Secondly, is there a separation point for the arms or are they combined? I didn't force it, I wanted to ask if it would break.
Answer from CandaGrup
It won't stop without removing the battery. You can not separate the arms

I looked at the entire page regarding the dimensions of the mat, it doesn't have all the features? !
Answer from CandaGrup
In the first image it says 33x16 cm matte

Answer from CandaGrup
Hello yes

Hi, I am interested in the product and like the features but I am hesitant to buy as there are no user reviews on the product yet. Can you provide information about the material quality, durability, and warranty status of the product? Also, is the product exactly the same as in the images? Thank you.
Answer from CandaGrup
Hello, the product in the image will be sent. It is a standard quality product. It has a 2 year warranty.
