Product Q&As
I washed it, it was all like a hat, I ironed it, but it didn't get better, what can I do?
Answer from Homever
Hello. Normally, we recommend wiping it clean without letting it get too wet. Natural wicker can absorb extra liquid and become hard. However, it can still be solved. It takes a few days for the inside of the rope to completely dry and soften. Maybe yours didn't soften completely. Heating radiator etc. it will be faster on something. After it has completely dried and softened, you can restore it by thoroughly ironing it at high heat and steam.
