Won't it block the bottom resistance heat of the oven when placed on the oven floor?
Answer from kalsınTEMİZ
Hello, the product does not prevent heat transfer. It protects the bottom surface from residues such as oil and food scraps without blocking the heat emitted from the oven's bottom resistance.

Hello, when I put it in the oven and open the door, smoke comes out. Is there any harm? That's why I didn't put the food in and cook it.
Answer from kalsınTEMİZ
Hello, it is a normal situation that some users may encounter that the oven protective mat produces slight smoke during the first uses and it disappears on its own in a short time. Also, it doesn't happen every oven or every use. Before the first use, running the oven with the product for 5-10 minutes will help to completely pass this slight steam. Additionally, we recommend that you take care to use the product within the recommended temperature range. You can use it with peace of mind

Hello, can resistance be used in open ovens?
Answer from kalsınTEMİZ
Hello, our product can also be used in ovens with open (visible) resistance; However, it is very important that the mat does not come into direct contact with the resistance. There must be a distance between. Therefore, we do not recommend using the product on the oven floor, that is, just below or above the resistance. Using the product on the oven grill in these types of ovens is the best and safest method.

My stove is natural gas and my oven is the same and it has an open flame on its base. Will it burn the mat?
Answer from kalsınTEMİZ
Hello, if there is an open flame on the base, unfortunately the oven protective mat cannot be used safely. Although the product is resistant to high temperatures, it is not suitable for direct contact with flames.

I will put an oven inside a chipboard cabinet, will it work to protect it from the heat?
Answer from kalsınTEMİZ
Hello, our product does not have adhesive properties, so you need to fix it on the side surfaces of the chipboard cabinet with a tape or a similar product yourself. Since the product is heat resistant, it can be used both on the floor of the oven and on the outside. This way, it provides protection by reducing the impact of the oven's heat on the surfaces of the cabinet.
