Using a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a mini milk frother, whisk quickly in an “M” or “W” pattern until a smooth, fine layer of foam forms on top. Then top off the cup with hot water and enjoy. Matcha Latte Suggestion: Add hot or cold milk (almond, oat, coconut, or cow’s milk) to your whisked, thick matcha mixture to enjoy a professional-quality matcha latte experience at home. You can sweeten it with honey or agave syrup to taste.
