Time Travelling with a Hamster: On Al Chaudhury’s twelfth birthday his beloved Grandpa Byron gives him a letter from Al’s late father.

In it Al receives a mission: travel back to 1984 in a secret time machine and save his father’s life.

What Not to Do If You Turn Invisible: Turning invisible at will: it’s one way of curing your acne.

But far more drastic than 13 year-old Ethel Leatherhead intended when she tried a combination of untested medicines and a sunbed.

The 1,000-Year-Old Boy: Alfie Monk is like any other nearly teenage boy – except he’s 1,000 years old and can remember the last Viking invasion of England.

Obviously no one believes him.

The Dog Who Saved The World: When eleven-year-old Georgie befriends an eccentric retired scientist, she becomes the test subject for a thrilling new experiment: a virtual-reality 3D version of the future.

The Kid who Came From Space: A small village is rocked by the disappearance of twelve-year-old Tammy.

Only her twin brother, Ethan, knows she is safe.

When We Got Lost in Dreamland: When eleven-year-old Malky and his younger brother Seb become the owners of a “Dreaminator”, they are thrust into worlds beyond their wildest imagination.

Into the Sideways World: When Willa and Manny hear of a mysterious animal prowling their town, they are determined to prove it is real.

Following the creature into a cave one full moon, they are swept into an alternate, ideal, world.

The Monkey Who Fell From the Future: The year is 2425. In a small town in what was once England, Ocean Mooney and the monkey-owning Duke Smiff have just dug up a 400 year-old tablet computer.

Meanwhile, in the present day, Thomas Reeve and his cousin Kylie create a device they hope will allow them to communicate with the future.

About the Author: Ross Welford was a journalist and television producer before becoming a full-time writer.

He lives in London with his wife, children, a border collie and several tropical fish.
