Would it be more useful if the dripper is ceramic, or should I choose the model with a plastic dripper?
Answer from Espressolab
Hello, plastic may smell after a certain period of time. It would be healthier to choose ceramic with hot water. Thank you for your understanding, we wish you pleasant shopping.

I don't know how much water and coffee I can use for a cup of coffee in the form of V60 brewing. I can't get the setting right.
Answer from Espressolab
Hello, you can generally use a ratio of 16-17 ml of water to 1 gram of coffee for V60 brewing. The ideal ratio for starting is considered to be 1:16.6. For example: 15 g coffee → 250 ml water 18 g coffee → 300 ml water 20 g coffee → 330 ml water We recommend adding the water gradually in circular motions, not all at once, during brewing. You can make small adjustments to the amount of water if you want to drink more intense or softer coffee according to your taste.

is the glass on the bottom fire proof. Can we put it on the stove when we want to heat it?
Answer from Espressolab
The V60 brewing sets are not suitable for use on the stove. Brewing equipment is not designed to be in direct contact with fire. Boiling water should be done with a kettle or teapot, V60 should only be used for brewing.

Can the filter be used without the paper?
Answer from Espressolab
Hello, no it cannot be used.

How is it used
Answer from Espressolab
Hello The V60 ceramic set is suitable for use. We recommend rinsing with hot water before first use. After placing the filter and adding coffee, you can brew by pouring hot water in a controlled manner. Ceramic construction retains heat well, providing a consistent coffee experience ☕
