Blade Sharpness: The cutting and stripping blades are extremely sharp. Handle with care. Store the tool in a safe place away from children. Correct Connector: Ensure you are using the correct type of RJ45 connector (e.g., Cat6 connectors for Cat6 cable). Using the wrong size can result in a poor connection. Do Not Over-Crimp: Once the ratchet releases, do not continue squeezing. Over-crimping can break the connector or damage the wires. Visual Inspection: Always visually inspect the crimped connector through the clear plastic end to ensure all 8 wires have made contact with the gold pins. Disposal: Recycle or dispose of cut wire scraps properly to prevent injury.
