Product Q&As
Difference between 25mm and?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. The HRS-430 model, with its 32mm width, creates fuller, thicker, and more natural-looking waves, making it ideal for shoulder-length or longer hair. The 25 mm models, on the other hand, provide more pronounced and permanent waves.

Does the tongs have a swivel feature?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. Yes, our model HRS-430 is a fully automatic curling iron. The ripple dial automatically grips your hair, effortlessly creating natural-looking water waves.

What is the difference between hrs 270 and hrs 430? What is the material of the parts that touch the hair?
Answer from Hairens
Hello, the Hrs-430 model has a safety device, silicone device, digital display and time setting. In Hrs-270, there are LED stage lights for you to monitor the heat, and it also has a longer head than Hrs-430. The fork diameters of Hrs-270 and Hrs-430 are the same thickness. The functions of both products are the same and suitable for long hair. The title section is ceramic. Thank you for your interest.

Hello, is it normal for it to beep from time to time after adjusting the temperature?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. In HRS-430 model, the “T” mode which is entered by pressing “M” key, emits a beep to inform you at the end of the period you selected. This is a normal operating characteristic of the product.
Translated by Google
Hello. My hair is at neck level. Will this product work?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. HRS-430 Automatic Hair Curler 32mm provides practical and fast use on long hair with its 12 cm head length. Given the length of your hair, this product should do the trick.
Translated by Google
32 mm or 25 mm is more permanent? My hair is long.
Answer from Hairens
Hello. Since you have long hair, I would suggest the HRS-430 model for you. With a 32mm width and longer heating panel, it creates more natural, voluminous, and long-lasting waves in long hair.
Translated by Google
Is the smell normal when first used?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. It is normal for new appliances to have a slight odor when they are first used. This situation is due to the product's heating process and will resolve itself shortly.
Translated by Google
My hair is quite long now. Do you recommend 430?
Answer from Hairens
Hello, the jaw sizes of the 25 mm HRS-320 and 32 mm HRS-430 models are the same. Both products are good to use for your hair. You can choose the 25 mm HRS-320 model for a water wave appearance, and the 32 mm HRS-430 model for a thick wave appearance. Thank you for your interest in our store and we wish you pleasant shopping.
Translated by Google
Hello, my hair is thick and not very fluffy, but it is still fluffy. Do you think it is 25 ml or 35 ml?
Answer from Hairens
Hello, Hairens automatic curling iron is produced in 2 different models for long hair and medium hair. We recommend the model Hrs-320 for hair shorter than shoulder length and Hrs-430 for hair longer than shoulder length. The Hrs-430 model creates wider waves thanks to its 32mm width. If you want a thick and natural wave and your hair is longer than shoulder length, you can choose Hrs-430 model. At the same time, the heating panel of the HRS-430 model is 2cm longer, so it can perfectly and quickly wind long hair with thick strands from the very bottom to the tips. However, the 430 model is not useful for short hair because it is too wide. Not recommended for hair shorter than shoulder length. The Hrs-320 model provides a more suitable wave width for shoulder-length hair thanks to its 25mm width. This width is important for both the persistence of the wave and its suitability for hair length. If your hair is shorter than shoulder length, we recommend the Hrs-320 model. Thank you for your interest.

My hair is up to my hip the heating panel seems to be short if I want to do the curling iron from the bottom will all my hair fit on the heating panel
Answer from Hairens
Hi, you can fit all the hair you want to apply on the tong head. You can apply the product by holding it from above, and you can get support by watching the detailed usage video. Thank you for your interest.
Translated by Google
What is the difference between 32mm and 25mm?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. The 32mm (HRS-430) creates wider and more natural waves, while the 25mm (HRS-320) provides more defined and voluminous curls. 32mm for below shoulder length hair, 25mm for short hair.
Translated by Google
hi I just want to style the ends of my hair instead of doing the whole. Will it still work? Will I have any problems when turning etc. because I have little hair wrapped around it?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. Yes, you can. If you hold the device close to only the ends of your hair and curl the strands, you can style only those areas. Having less hair does not cause any problems during the spinning process.
Translated by Google
Does it wrap the hair itself or do we wrap it like a normal table?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. Our model HRS-430 is a full automatic hair curler. When you place your hair and press the button, the device automatically wraps and styles your hair thanks to its rotating head.
Translated by Google
hi can this be used on hair extensions
Answer from Hairens
Hi, you can apply the product on all hair products that are real human hair. When applied with the correct heat and time, it's impossible to damage your hair. Thank you for your understanding and attention.

Translated by Google

Translated by Google
Is it difficult to make hair? Can I do it alone?
Answer from Hairens
Hello. Our HRS-430 model is fully automatic, making it incredibly easy to use; it grips and wraps your hair all by itself. With its lightweight body and one-hand use feature, you can apply it effortlessly on your own.
Translated by Google
Hello, my hair is long and a little thin. Can it be 32 mm?
Answer from Hairens

Translated by Google
My hair is thin but longer than my shoulder length, I want 430 because I don't want a natural wave or hair curlers. Will it hold my hair? Or should I get a 320
