GuruNanda Farmed Mint Pulling Oil Mouthwash is a natural, peroxide-free, pre-brush rinse inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom.

It comes in an 8 fl oz bottle and includes a tongue scraper and Butter on Gums toothbrush.

It contains MCT fractionated coconut oil, essential oils (Tea Tree, Peppermint, Clove, Oregano, Fennel, Spearmint, and Cardamom), and Vitamins D3, E, and K2. Hydrophobic and lipid-inspired, it enhances your oral care routine with a smooth, refreshing farmed mint finish.

GuruNanda Pulling Oil provides up to 12 hours of fresh breath and promotes gum hygiene.

Designed to complement brushing, flossing, and rinsing, this oil pulling adds a preventive layer to your oral care routine — morning or night.

Shake well.

Swish 10–15 mL for at least 2 minutes.

Spit and rinse thoroughly with water, do not swallow.

For a complete Ayurvedic routine, tongue scraping is recommended.

Directions: Shake well.

Place 10–15 mL of GuruNanda Oil Pulling Oral Rinse in mouth.

Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes.

Try to work up to 10 minutes per use.

Spit out into a trash can and rinse mouth thoroughly with water.

DO NOT SWALLOW.

Always brush your teeth AFTER using oil pulling.

If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately to avoid staining.

Ayurveda recommends tongue scraping as an additional wellness practice.
