Hello, I throw it in, we cook eggs, will it stick?
Answer from GürBakır
Hello, copper pans do not have a non-stick feature. We would like to point it out for your convenience. It is like using steel pans and pots. Only products with Teflon coating have non-stick properties.

Is it darkening inside? If it does, should we make it tin? How can we polish the inside in the coming days?
Answer from GürBakır
Hello, the product is thick. the inside is tin and the female is polished and food grade. BECAUSE COPPER NATURE IS POLISHED ON THE OUTSIDE OVER TIME, IT WILL FADE. THE INSIDE LOSES ITS SHINE AND DARKENS. THE IMPORTANT THING IS NOT WHEN IT DARKENS, BUT WHEN YOU SEE COPPER FROM THE INSIDE, YOU SHOULD GIVE IT TO THE TIN. The known situation among the public is that food preparation is done on a surface that becomes green due to the wear and tear of the tinned surface.

Product details
Product description
The raw material of the 16 cm, 18 cm, 20 cm 3-piece set's handles is brass. Since it is not a factory product and is handcrafted, slight differences and irregularities may be seen in each product compared to another
due to the nature of copper material, it may darken over time as a result of contact with air. Color changes may occur after washing.
long-term use of the product may require tinning. It cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
it is normal for the color of copper without coating to darken. The outer part is coated with nickel and the copper does not tarnish. the tarnishing on the inside of the tin does not pose any health risks. The time for the tin of copper products comes when the copper starts to show from under the tin inside. Wash by hand with liquid detergent. Do not wash in the machine. Do not contact with bleach. After washing, dry with a soft cloth. Do not clean with hard sponges. Due to the nature of the copper mine, copper color products can oxidize.
