Product description
GMB GUN-46 Nissan Universal Joint is designed to provide high-torque transmission in limited space.
It connects the driving shaft to the driven shaft at an angle and relies on maintaining the same working angle, the same plane, and the same phase to achieve constant velocity.
The joint consists of a spider (cross) and four grease-filled roller bearings, enabling large torque transmission with low friction.
Journal pegs and bearing cases are hot forged or cold formed, machined, carburized for increased ruggedness and wear resistance, and finally ground to tight tolerances.
Oil seals and dust covers protect the internal journal area from contamination.
A variety of grades and materials are used to withstand extreme temperature conditions.
