Good for cleaning, but a little rough on the hands and labor intensive.

It has powerful steam and cleans well, but the downside is that you have to press the power button the whole time.

It's nice, but the problem is that it turns off and then you have to refill it with water and wait for it to heat up again. It's also good for fresh stains.

I was very disappointed to find out that I was not wanted, but the quality was so good that no one asked for it.

It's a total failure—I wouldn't recommend it. It produces cold vapor.

I took one from Danex with the same picture for myself and one from the same company for my sister. It's perfect, and the one I received is not the same, and for the same company, I tried to return it and they charged me the shipping charges and I didn't know how to contact customer service directly, which is terrible service. If they don't have customer service and direct contact, they have a good app.

The product arrived defective, so I requested a return. The representative contacted me several times, and I responded each time, but no one came to pick up the package. In the end, they missed the return deadline, yet they wrote to me saying the package had been delivered.
