I purchased a meat grinder (kibbeh) from Trendyol, and unfortunately, my experience was very poor. After the first use, I noticed a large amount of rust on the cutting blades and pins, which is completely unacceptable for a new product used with food. I requested a refund before using the product, but no one contacted me and no action was taken, which shows a clear weakness in customer service and a lack of interest in solving customer problems. The presence of rust in this form raises concerns about the quality of the product and its safety for use with food, which is something that cannot be overlooked. I expected better quality and a quick response to my return request, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I demand a return of the product and a refund as soon as possible, and I hope that Trendyol and the seller will review the quality of their products and improve their customer service so that this experience is not repeated with other customers.

The product is of very poor quality. I received it today and used it the same day, but it broke while I was using it. This is very disappointing, especially since it failed on the first use. I would like a replacement or a refund.
