Product description

Morning glories are popular annual vines for growing up a fence, arbor, trellis or arch.

There are also selections that grow well in containers on a deck or patio.

The heart-shaped leaves form on quick growing stems reaching up to 15 feet tall.

They can become a mass of leaves and flowers by late summer.

The flowers, in colors from white to purple, begin forming in mid-summer and continue until frost.

As the name implies, morning glory flowers open in the morning and close in the after.

The large, colorful flowers attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

Morning glories also self-sow readily so they will surprise you each year as new plants pop up in different parts of the garden.

WATERING GUIDE: In order for the plant to absorb the water directly from the tray, place the plant pot within the tray and fill it with water.

When the soil dries out, perhaps once a week, do this.

The plant's leaves will perish if you water it directly from the top.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Bright indoor light or indirect sun.

6 hours to 8 hours.

OPTIMAL TEMPERATURE: Keep the temperature between 18°C and 24°C.

Steer clear of draughts as they can cause unwanted temperature swings.

To keep your plant at the ideal humidity level, think about spraying it twice a week.

FERTILIZING: Feed every 2–4 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer.
