Highlighted features:

Generic 5A AD8232 Heart Rate Monitor features

Other Features
Analog Output, Signal Conditioning, Noise Filtering, LED Indicator, Arduino Compatible, Leads-off Detection, Low Power Mode
Instructions for Use/Warnings
To use the AD8232 Heart Rate Monitor, connect five essential pins (GND, 3.3V, OUTPUT, LO-, LO+) to your Arduino or other development board. The SDN pin can be connected to ground or a digital LOW pin to power down the chip for low power applications. Biomedical Sensor Pads and Sensor Cable are required. It is recommended to snap sensor pads onto leads before applying to the body. For best measurement, place pads closer to the heart. Sensor placement can be on forearms and leg, or on the chest near arms and above the right, lower abdomen. Cable color coding for placement: Black for Right Arm (RA), Blue for Left Arm (LA), and Red for Right Leg (RL). To verify operation, open the serial monitor at 9600 baud to see values. For visualization, use Arduino Serial Plotter (Tools > Serial Plotter in Arduino IDE v1.6.6+) to view a waveform when sensors are correctly placed and not moving.
