Do not power the nRF24L01+ module with 5V, as it will likely damage the module. The operating voltage range is 1.9V to 3.9V; connect VCC to your Arduino's 3.3V output. The logic pins are 5V tolerant, so a logic level translator is not required. If using an Arduino board other than UNO/Nano V3.0, verify the correct SPI pin locations from its official documentation. For a complete wireless communication system, two identical circuits are required, one configured as a transmitter and the other as a receiver.
