As for the steam, it's very powerful and good, but unfortunately, the device exploded the first time I used it, and I had to clean up the whole house.

Defective on first use I was really looking forward to using this steam cleaner, but it turned out to be completely defective right out of the box. During my very first attempt to use it, the steam started building up and leaking inside the machine itself rather than coming out of the nozzle. This is incredibly dangerous and poor quality control. Returning it immediately.
