Instructions for Use/Warnings
Filling: Unscrew the top screw of the grinder or pull the top cover open. Add rock salt, whole black peppercorns, or dried spices inside. Do not fill the chambers completely; filling them to 80% capacity is sufficient to allow for smooth rotation. Grind Coarseness Adjustment: Turn the plastic or metal dial, which is usually located at the bottom. Turning it clockwise grinds the spices finer, while turning it counterclockwise produces a coarser grind. Grinding: Turn the top section or the crank handle clockwise to grind directly onto your food. Care and Cleaning: Never wash the grinder’s mechanism with water (especially the wooden and metal parts). Moisture can cause the mechanism to rust or the spices to stick together. Clean with a dry cloth or brush.
