Design Mincer Pro M with electronically regulated motor, diecast aluminum housing, illuminated sensor control panel (on/off and reverse function).

Features a stainless steel crossed-blade knife with 4 blades, feed pan and grinding discs made of stainless steel, screw ring, worm housing, and worm made of die-cast aluminum.

Includes three grinding discs (diameter 61 mm with holes of 3 mm, 4.8 mm, and 8 mm), kebbe attachment for oriental cuisine, sausage filling attachment, and cookie attachment.
