FTZ WOMEN Women's Helena Skirt Suit Plum 31430

The fabric of the product does not hold iron and leaves marks like a paper bag. Although the skirt is size 38, it turns you into a size 44. It is too wide and has elastic. I received a return code, it was to be picked up from my address today, but since I would not be at home, the address could not be changed, I said I would cancel and enter the address again, and while I could have shipped it by the 4th of the month, the system did not give a return code. Trendyol assistant said we can't do anything, the time has passed and the product remained in my possession. I like Ftz products, but this one didn't happen and not being able to return it is annoying!
