Hello, fish like salmon contain heavy metals. Does this product contain heavy metals?
Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, we understand your concern. PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a raw material produced by purifying DNA fragments obtained from salmon; however, this content is not fish meat or fish oil. During production, DNA molecules undergo rigorous purification and refinement processes. Unwanted residues, such as heavy metals, are removed during these purification stages. Cosmetic raw materials are tested for microbiological and chemical purity in accordance with Korean and European cosmetics legislation. Heavy metal analysis is also part of these quality control processes. The PDRN used in the formula is a purified active ingredient that meets cosmetic-grade standards and is not considered a fish-derived ingredient containing heavy metals. Therefore, the product does not contain heavy metals that may be found in fish due to its statement “contains salmon”. Cosmetic grade PDRN is a controlled and tested ingredient. Best regards.

Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, PDRN Bounce Ball Serum and PDRN Bounce Ball Cream, when used together, provide layered care that complements each other. First, apply PDRN Bounce Ball Serum to clean skin. Serum, with its light and fast-absorbing structure, provides active care support to the skin and prepares the skin for the next care step. After the serum is absorbed, PDRN Bounce Ball Cream is applied. This step, in gel-cream form, helps to preserve the moisture of the skin and supports the caring effect of the serum with prolonged comfort. The serum can be used once a day, in the morning or evening, as part of your routine. PDRN cream can be used twice a day, in the morning and evening. Therefore, the routine order should be serum first, then cream. Best regards

what is pdrn what is it used for
Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, PDRN is a care ingredient obtained from salmon-derived DNA and supports the skin's regenerative appearance. PDRN Bounce Ball Cream, with PDRN (Sodium DNA) and Salmon Egg Extract, helps the skin look fuller, tighter, more flexible and vibrant. It provides care specifically for the loss of elasticity and the appearance of fine lines. In addition to PDRN in the formula, 2% Niacinamide provides skin tone and barrier support, while Trehalose offers long-lasting moisture support. Astaxanthin and Coenzyme Q10 provide antioxidant care to help reduce the appearance of dull, tired skin. Adenosine, on the other hand, helps to combat the appearance of fine lines and loss of elasticity. In short, the product is not just a moisturizer. It is a multi-purpose care cream that supports moisture, plumpness, firmness, elasticity, fine lines, barrier and vitality appearance at once. Best regards

Hello, PDRN Cream provides strong maintenance support on its own regarding moisture loss and dull appearance. However, if your primary concern is the appearance of blemishes and uneven skin tone, it might not be enough on its own. You can get a higher return on this by adding a serum with vitamin C or actives that help to suppress the appearance of blemishes to your routine. Best regards

Can ball serum, ball cream and tonic pad be used at the same time on a daily basis? If it can be used, what should be the order of use?
Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hi, yes you can use them together on a daily basis. Your usage order should be; Closer Toner Pads → PDRN Bounce Ball Serum → PDRN Bounce Ball Cream. Closer Toner Pads prep skin for your skincare routine by hydrating and helping to minimize the appearance of pores. Then, the PDRN Bounce Ball Serum you will apply supports the skin to look more vibrant and plump with its PDRN, Salmon DNA and Salmon Egg Extract content. In the final step, PDRN Bounce Ball Cream, with PDRN, Salmon DNA capsules, Astaxanthin, Coenzyme Q10 and 2% Niacinamide in its content, helps to support the skin barrier, trap moisture in the skin and make the skin look healthier. You can use these three products in the morning and evening regularly. Best regards.

Is it appropriate to apply after pore pad or how should we use it? How many days a week should it be?
Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, yes it is suitable for use after Closer Toner Pads. Closer Toner Pads prepare your skin for your skincare routine by moisturizing and helping to minimize the appearance of pores. The PDRN Bounce Ball Cream you'll apply next, with its PDRN, Salmon DNA capsules, Astaxanthin, Coenzyme Q10, 2% Niacinamide, and Trehalose, helps support the skin barrier, provide long-lasting moisture, enhance the appearance of elasticity, and leave your skin looking plumper and more vibrant. Thanks to its oil-free gel-cream structure, you can comfortably use it every morning and evening. Best regards.

Hello, the DNAs in the product do not disperse immediately on the face, it is a bit difficult to use, how can I use it?
Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, as stated in the product's instructions for use, we recommend that you use PDRN capsules by rubbing them into your skin with light massage movements. When applied, the capsules dissolve with the skin temperature, combining with the essence and spreading more easily. Also, if you store the product in the refrigerator, the capsules may take a little longer to dissolve due to the low temperature. Keeping the product at room temperature will increase the comfort of use. For a more comfortable application, you can gently spread the product between your palms after taking it, and then apply it to your face with a gentle massage.

Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, PDRN Bounce Ball Cream is applied to cleansed skin after the serum step. It is sufficient to gently massage and apply a sufficient amount to the face and neck area. The product is suitable for daily use in the morning and evening. We recommend using sunscreen as the last step in your daytime routine. For more intensive care, you can use it together with PDRN Bounce Ball Serum. In this case, the order of use should be PDRN Bounce Ball Serum → PDRN Bounce Ball Cream.

Is it used for the shallow but slightly pitted appearance left by acne? It looks like there is a porous appearance.
Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, regular use of retinol can be beneficial for the appearance of slight pits and uneven skin after acne. Retinol is one ingredient that promotes smoother skin texture and a reduction in the appearance of fine irregularities. PDRN Bounce Ball Cream helps support the skin's need for moisture, plumpness and elasticity. It contributes to the skin looking more vibrant, plump and healthy with PDRN (Salmon DNA Complex), Niacinamide, Panthenol, Astaxanthin and Coenzyme Q10 in its content. In addition, it provides moisture without leaving a feeling of heaviness, while supporting the skin barrier with its oil-free gel-cream structure. Best regards
Translated by Google
Hello, how is it used? Also, how many drops should I use for the face? Do you need to apply it all over your face like a cream?
Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, PDRN Cream is a cream, it is not used in drops like serum. After cleansing and serum steps, you can apply a sufficient amount of product to your entire face and neck area like a cream. Just use the amount your skin needs. The product is suitable for use in the morning and evening. It can be applied as the final care step in the routine. We recommend applying sunscreen on it during daytime use. Best regards

Hi, I live in a hot, humid climate. Can I use it as a day cream? Or will it cause problems with vomiting or pores? Or is there another humidifier you would recommend with same features? Thank you. 🙏
Answer from Frankly Türkiye
Hello, Yes, Frankly PDRN Bounce Ball Cream can be used as a day cream in hot and humid climates. The product is not a classic dense and oily cream. Thanks to its oil-free, light gel-cream formula, it provides moisture support without leaving a heavy feeling on the skin. It has been developed specifically for combination and oily skin to use comfortably. Thanks to the PDRN (Salmon DNA), Trehalose, Panthenol, Astaxanthin and Coenzyme Q10 it contains, it helps to give the skin a feeling of moisture, vitality and fullness; it supports the skin barrier without forming an oily layer. It also has a non-comedogenic structure and does not have a content profile to clog pores. You can apply it after the serum step in your daily routine, and then apply your sunscreen on top. It is also suitable for use under makeup. If you have very oily skin, it may also be enough to use it as a moisturizer alone in the summer. Best regards.
