Before using Flormar Extreme Tattoo Highly Pigmented & Matte Finish Gel Eye Liner, you should determine what kind of eye makeup you want. After that, you need to sharpen or blunt the tip of the Flormar eyeliner according to the makeup. You can further increase the permanence of your makeup by using eye base and flesh-colored eyeshadow before applying the eyeliner. You can gently pull your upper or lower eyelid with your finger to make your lash line more prominent. When your lash line becomes clear, you can start applying the pencil in a line from the center to the edges, this time on the outer line of the eyelashes. Depending on your makeup type, you can thicken, lengthen or distribute the lines with an eyeshadow brush.
