Before using the Flormar Extreme Tattoo High-Pigment & Matte Finish Gel Eyeliner, you should decide what kind of eye makeup look you want. Then, you’ll need to sharpen or blunt the tip of the Flormar eyeliner to suit your makeup look. Before applying the eyeliner, you can further enhance the longevity of your makeup by using an eye primer and a skin-tone eyeshadow. You can gently pull your upper or lower eyelid with your finger to make your lash line more defined. Once your lash line is defined, you can start applying the pencil along the outer edge of your lashes, drawing a line from the center toward the corners. Depending on your makeup style, you can thicken the lines, extend them, or blend them with an eyeshadow brush. When using this product on your eyelids, be careful not to make any exaggerated facial expressions until the product has set. Now you have a striking look. The rest is up to your creativity!
