Features include an adjustable thickness control (0–10 mm / up to 0.4 inch), built-in dual whetstone sharpener, removable product tray (approx.
7" L x 7.5" W x 5.5" H) for easier cleaning, waterproof on-off switch, skid-proof rubber feet, and a durable aluminum alloy base.
Rated for standard 110V / 60Hz operation with a rotary speed of about 525 r/min.
ETL and NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
Additional details: includes an extra whetstone and extra belt, removable components for maintenance, and a Teflon-coated gauge plate and blade cover to minimize residue buildup.
