How To Use: For children (1-4 years) : ½ a teaspoonful daily.
Children (4-12 years) : 1 teaspoonful daily.
Adults (men and women) : 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily.
During menstruation or pregnancy, one teaspoonful three times daily is recommended.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
