migration stories are generally &quot

Exile &quot

And &quot

Success &quot

It gets stuck in between. Kreuzberg, on the other hand, is one of the most ideal viewing hills in the world to break this equation, as it's not always like this. The capital of others sometimes follows the traces of the immigrants on the berlin wall, sometimes it wanders over the city with berlin's two angels, damiel and kasiel. He's chasing after ulay, who's humming the same song as david bowie and stealing germany's most famous painting from the berlin national museum. He takes a break in tehran while cheering in the stands for germany's first female immigrant football team. Sometimes, while visiting the immigrant neighborhoods, street shops, and homes of kreuzberg, he ends up playing a cheerful game with the children on the street. Inspired by kreuzberg, "the other berlin" explores fifteen different stories, delving into the untold and unconventional.
