Hello. Rosemary water and serum have been seen to whiten hair. Would this product have such an effect?
Answer from ebitkisel
Hello, there is no such effect, sir. Rosemary does not whiten hair. On the contrary, it makes whitening more difficult. The hair whitening effect may be a phenomenon unique to products containing heavy chemicals produced poorly.
