Product details
Product description
Fiber basket bead beware of our fiber imitations!!!!!!! Bead fiber is made of tiny beads. since the fiber beads are independent of each other, they follow our movements during sleep, change position according to our head and neck, and provide the necessary support. This feature also reflects superior comfort and homogeneous heat distribution in the products used. The bead fiber type, which has undergone a special process, is brought into spherical shapes with high-speed opening and spinning machines, making it resistant to pressure and maximum resistance. In addition to making the bead fiber pillow look full, it ensures homogeneous distribution and eliminates the possibility of collapse due to air bubbles trapped between the fiber particles. These tiny beads have a very high ability to return to their original state after any pressure. Due to the special raw material in its structure, ball fiber exhibits spring characteristics. Its high volume gained after machine processes and its low weight provide a significant advantage when used as filler compared to other synthetic filler materials. Due to its small and flexible structure, it can penetrate all corners where it is used as filling material. Thanks to this feature, it provides great convenience in filling work and homogeneous distribution. Bead fiber is not affected by pressure and compression. It does not stick together and cause felting. Due to the filling of air, the bead fiber immediately takes its form. For these reasons, bead silicone fiber is used in many sectors.
