Instructions for Use/Warnings
To apply the e.l.f. No Budge Retractable Eyeliner, twist up the pencil and gently draw along your upper and/or lower lash lines to define your eyes. For a softer or smoky look, smudge the line immediately after applying. If you prefer a smudge-resistant, bold finish, allow the liner to set for about 30 seconds without blending — it will then develop a waterproof, long-lasting hold. This versatile pencil can also be used along the waterline or across the lid for a more dramatic effect. For more intensity, layer and build the line to your desired thickness.
