Product Q&As
What kind of fastening system does it have at the top?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello. It comes ready to be attached to the cornice, with buttons.
Translated by Google
Hello, is the product pure velvet?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello, yes, the front side is velvety texture, but the back side is plain, sir. Think of it as a soft velvet texture, not a long-haired velvet. We wish you a good day and happy holidays.

Does the cat collect dust and feathers?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello sir. It has a slightly velvety texture, so it collects. However, our dark blackout and linen-looking background curtains do not collect, sir. We also recommend our tulle, which has been specially developed for homes with cats and is also very popular and used in every home, on our page. Good evening

Hello, can it be used as a blackout curtain?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello sir. It cuts the light by 75-80%. But our Dark blackout fabric blocks up to 98% of light and is a flowing and soft fabric. It is our curtain that sells best to hotels

I don't understand how to use it. Isn't there a cornice button inside to attach the curtain?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello, your curtain comes ready-sewn with cornice buttons attached, sir. It is ready for use. There are also 2 options: one with drawstring and the other with pleated sewing. We wish you a good evening.

I want to buy a blackout curtain for my daughter's room, is that okay?
Answer from Elen’s
Hello. Sir, our island fountain series does not have a dimming feature. We can recommend it from the Dark blackout series.
