The thin, transparent raincoats are glued with frequency on the hood, sleeves, side edges, and front strips where the snaps are attached. these processes are carried out without human touch using highly costly automated machines, and the waste rate in this type of manufactured products is 1%.

Thin transparent raincoats originating from china are also being manufactured at lower costs in so-called "under-the-table" production facilities in china that lack this automation. the rejection rate for thin transparent raincoats produced in these types of facilities is 10% or higher.

Thin transparent raincoats are produced with a mixture of pvc and polyurethane, but the aforementioned substandard production facilities minimize the amount of polyurethane in the product content to keep costs low, thus you may experience tears even while wearing the raincoat, or you may encounter a torn raincoat when you first take it out of its bag. Our raincoat manufacturer factory, which we have been working with in china, has been serving us well for 9 years, and we have received 100% positive feedback from our customers.
