My order arrived missing a pen case and a bag. I placed an order yesterday and reported that the products were missing. The shipping company contacted me to pick up the return, but I refused to hand it over because it was incomplete. Okay, so I’m the one who’s been wronged—it arrived incomplete. How am I supposed to get the rest of the items? This whole experience has been so frustrating. The bag arrived, but it was leaking water, and the rest of the accessories were missing. They’re refusing to accept the return because the order is incomplete.
