Doğu Batı Yayınları Kişisel Gelişim Neoliberal İletişim Ve İnsan Anlayışı

Product description

It can be said that in the process called neoliberalism, the most fundamental logic of capitalism is based on the values of competition and entrepreneurship.

the initiative that this understanding brings is that the entrepreneurial self is expected to compete with other people by the maximum performance and to be successful and happy by trying. "the neoliberal understanding reduces people to an economic resource and demands that people monitor themselves through ""correct communication"" techniques." Here, instead of the human being with its own purpose, a human understanding emerges as the carrier of competition and performance.

self-help books are inseparable from the so-called “brave” and “successful” qualities that are intended to be created. The authors of this genre come into play here exactly as the spokesmen of the neoliberal understanding of man and society.

with emphasis on individual responsibility, they define all the adversities that people live as individual failures. This book, which examines personal development books, is an investigation into how today's dominant system seeks to shape and control people's behavior and emotions. The author shows that they have subverted the neoliberal mentality of personal development writers who speak with passionate hatred of politics and all kinds of partnership ideas, and the speech of human and communication understanding that he is trying to build.
