Product description

This sense of belonginglessness within me was too strong. That's exactly why kierkegaard's book had such a big impact on me.

because there was a door in the book that opened there.

lily in the field and bird in the sky. They were in god's kingdom.

and for us, the way to this kingdom was through them, being like them.

what were they for? It was all about the lack of discrepancy between them and the world around them.

it's about not the future. The kingdom of god was always hidden in the moment that the lily in the field and the bird in the sky lived in. The bird was mourning, so it could nest repeatedly in the same place where the catapult took its babies for the last four years. There was no past or future for him, only his offspring and his nest that would be born in a while. For him, the fact that the cat came and caught them was not a reality at that moment, so he did not think about it and live accordingly.

what happened to the bird was not in his control, so it did not concern him.

was it possible to think like that for us too? That the things that happen to us are none of our business? Thinking like that would have set us free from reproach and suffering.

it could open the doors of god's kingdom to us. Karl ove knausgaard product name: birds in the sky product code: 9786057072207 author: karl ove knausgaard publication year: 2021 cover type: cardboard cover number of pages: 100 paper type: 2. Dough turner:
