Does the sole slip in the snow?
Answer from Deripabuc
Hello dear customer, our product is a thermo sole, it has less risk of slipping compared to other soles. Thermo soles provide better grip, especially on slippery surfaces. These soles are equipped with a special texture or pattern, increasing surface friction and preventing slipping. Additionally, thermo soles can have water-resistant properties, thus providing a safer step even in rainy weather. Thermo soles provide better balance and stability even on slippery surfaces. But it may not prevent 100% slipping in any ground condition. So it is important to be careful and walk safely. We wish you a nice day.

Hello, is it waterproof and can it be used in rainy weather?
Answer from Deripabuc
Hello, dear customer, first of all, thank you for choosing us. Our product does not have a waterproof feature. However, there are shoes labeled "waterproof" (Water Proof) to be resistant to water. Please note that due to the porous structure of genuine natural leather, it can absorb water when exposed to water. We use 100% genuine leather in our products and therefore we cannot guarantee against water. However, the support materials used in our products have been reinforced to ensure water resistance.

I wear size 42, can it fit 41, what are the fits?
Answer from Deripabuc
Hello. It is okay if your feet are not wide-footed, sir, but if they are slightly wide-footed and fleshy, we do not recommend it.

I have been using the shoes for a long time. Black paint comes off the sole and ruins my socks. What should I do for this?
Answer from Deripabuc
Hello, dear customer, first of all, thank you for choosing us. In some cases, the color of the inner lining of the shoes, which are 100% genuine leather, may stain your foot a little. Since no chemicals are used in the shoes that would disrupt the naturalness of the leather, the natural color of the leather can be dyed. (Depending on the acid ratio in the sweat of the foot) It is recommended to wear socks of the same color as the shoes. This improves after a while. We wish you good shopping.

Hello, the boots I bought started to leak water when I wore them for the second time. It is not normal for them to leak water in such a short time. Could there be a problem during the production phase? What can I do?
