Product Q&As

Hello, I bought this product. I am 1.52 tall and weigh 48 kilos. The size xs of this product fits me perfectly, but it seems like it could be a little more comfortable and the low-cut is too much for me compared to the one in the photo. If I buy size S, will the cleavage be more revealing and will the product be too big? Can you help me?

**** **** - 13 May 2026

Answer from DeFacto

Hello, since giving guidance based on weight and height information may mislead you, we recommend that you evaluate your current product by comparing it with the chest and height measurements in the size chart. Size S is generally a little looser around the chest, but the neckline opening is similar depending on the model. We wish you pleasant shopping.

What size is on the mannequin?

**** **** - 19 January 2026

Hello, you can check the size information on the mannequin in the product descriptions section. We wish you pleasant shopping.

What is the one-sided chest measurement in size L?

**** **** - 1 September 2026

Answer from DeFacto

Hello, I am 169 cm tall, 52 kilos and approximately 85 cm chest, 64 cm waist, 95 cm hip, which size should I buy? Is XS too small?

**** **** - 31 August 2026

Answer from DeFacto

Hello, the size closest to your measurements seems to be S-36. We recommend you choose S-36 as size XS may be too small. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Translated by Google

I am 57 kg and I wear size S. I was going to tell me if it would normally fit me, but there is no size left.

**** **** - 21 August 2026

Answer from DeFacto

Hello, can you share your chest, waist and hip/hip measurements in cm so that we can clarify whether size M fits you? We wish you pleasant shopping.
