Danube Home Ledian 2-Door Fruit Cabinet - Stylish White Wood Storage with 2-Year Warranty, 90.5x36x97.5cm

I ordered a furniture item from Trendyol, and although the delivery was on time, the service after that was extremely disappointing. The item arrived with **no assembly support, no instructions, and no information** on how to proceed. For a furniture product, this is the least a customer should expect. I had to personally contact the Danube representative to ask if assembly could be arranged. Only then was I told that it is possible **with an extra AED 70** and would take **a minimum of seven working days**. None of this was communicated at the time of purchase or delivery. If I hadn’t asked, no one would have bothered to inform me. This lack of clarity and responsibility creates a very poor customer experience. Trendyol should clearly state assembly options, charges, and timelines upfront—especially for items that obviously require professional installation. Leaving customers to figure everything out on their own is unacceptable. While the delivery team did their part, the overall coordination and customer care were severely lacking. Trendyol needs to improve its post-delivery support and ensure that customers are not left stranded after receiving their orders.
