size200 x 200

None of the curtains I ordered were shipped in the stated dimensions. The product, which should be 250 cm long, is approximately 14 cm short, the 200 cm long product is approximately 12 cm short, and the 190 cm long product is approximately 10 cm short. Such a big measure difference is not acceptable production tolerance. A deviation of more than 10 cm in all products, not 2-3 cm, makes us think that the production was made without due care. Due to this situation, I not only wasted time, but also suffered from the return and re-order process. I am returning the items because they did not fit the dimensions.

Answer from Cortibo

Hello, our body measurements are defined as "width x length" in the system. For example, in a product with a size of 200x250, 200cm represents the width measurement and 250cm represents the height measurement. regards
