Instructions for Use/Warnings
Apply to dry hair. Load the small end of the brush with powder. Pull hair flat/taut against the head and press the brush down firmly into roots, starting from the scalp and working out — do not use a sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush. Lightly dust off excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
