Instructions for Use/Warnings
Apply to dry hair: load the small end of the brush with powder, use a free hand to pull hair flat/taut against the head and press the brush down firmly into roots starting from the scalp and working out (do not use a sweeping motion). Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush. Lightly dust off any excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
