Before first use, rinse the goggles, swim cap, earplugs, and nose clip with clean water. Put the swim cap on your head so that it completely covers your hair. Insert the earplugs into your ears so that they fit comfortably. Do not force them in. Gently place the nose clip over your nose and make sure it sits comfortably. Position the goggles around your eyes and adjust the head strap so that it is comfortable and watertight. After use, rinse all parts with clean water to remove chlorine, salt, and other residues. After drying the products in the shade, store them in their carrying case or in a dry environment. Do not leave them in direct sunlight for extended periods, and do not expose them to high temperatures. Keep them away from sharp or piercing objects. For hygiene reasons, it is recommended that earplugs and the nose clip be used on a personal basis only.
