Book Logic - Classics by Aristotle

Product description

This work compiles six foundational treatises that scholars have agreed to group under one name: &quot

Categories, On Interpretation, Prior Analytics, Posterior Analytics, Topics, and Sophistical Refutations.

&quot

In this journey, Aristotle traces the principles of sound thinking, from defining &quot

substance&quot

as the core of being, to analyzing the nature of expression, the conditions of proof, and the limits of logical syllogism.

He s how knowledge is constructed through hypotheses and conclusions, distinguishing between what is essential and accidental, necessary or possible, true or misleading.

This edition offers a direct translation from the original Greek texts, avoiding the heavy terminological accumulations that burdened previous translations, and ensuring clarity and accuracy to open the doors of Aristotelian logic to the contemporary Arab reader.

It is not merely a book on logic, but an introduction to the philosophy of existence and knowledge, a meeting point between language and thought, between philosophy and analysis, and between argument and truth.
