First of all, my product has arrived, thank you very much. Is it normal for the product to be sticky while applying it?
Answer from BIOBOTANICA
Hello, it depends on the amount you use, sir. You need to use 50-60 ml in total. If you use more, it will be sticky. This prevents you from getting results from the product. Generally, our customers see 50-60 ml less and we use more. Could you have used it that way?

Hello, I want to apply keratin to my hair, but will it lose its effect when I dye my hair afterwards? I dye my hair every month. How can I use keratin?
Answer from BIOBOTANICA
Hello, of course the effect will go away. Are you doing bottom painting? Are you painting it completely? If you do it as maintenance and you only do bottom painting, there will be no problem, but it will go away in complete painting.
