Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After carefully reviewing our records, we checked the order history and did not find two orders placed under the same name from our store. Additionally, we would like to clarify that we started selling this product only a few days ago, so it is very unlikely that two separate purchases of this item were made from us at different times. We would also like to reassure you that all Beauty of Joseon products sold by us are 100% original and sourced from authorized suppliers. We do not deal in counterfeit or fake products. In some cases, differences in packaging design, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, or regional labeling may occur due to brand updates or different production batches, which can make two genuine products look different. Since the return period has already exceeded, we kindly request you to contact the platform’s customer support and report this issue directly. Please share clear photos or videos of the product packaging, batch codes, and the product itself so the platform can perform an authenticity review and guide you with the appropriate next steps.
