Isn't it leak-proof from its lid?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, talk. Our shakers have a leak-proof lid structure. When the lid is properly closed, it **does not** leak when carrying or stirring. However, there are a few small details you should pay attention to for safe use: Make sure the lid is securely seated (you should hear a click sound). If the **lid seal** on the inside is in place, no risk of leaking. Before shaking the shaker, close both the spout and the main lid tightly. If you have any production-related problems, we will gladly support you. If you have any other question, we are always here!

How is the filter inside used? I just bought the product but I couldn't understand its logic, other than that I liked it very much
Answer from bahs.
Hello, we are glad you like your Complete Shaker, thank you for your nice feedback. The strainer inside the shaker is designed to make the products in powder form more homogeneously mixed with the liquid. Add water or vegetable milk to the shaker first, then add 1 scoop of Meal Powder. Then put the strainer in place and close the lid. When you shake it well, the strainer prevents clumping and allows you to get a smooth mixture. We will be glad to assist you with any questions. We hope you enjoy using it.
