Awafi Mill Dried Lotus Leaves are made from Nelumbo nucifera (sacred lotus) leaf, commonly known as He Ye and listed as Nelumbinis Folium in ingredient references.

These cut leaf pieces are designed for easy brewing, producing a clean, leafy cup with a smooth finish.

Lotus leaves are also well known in cooking traditions for wrapping foods—especially lotus-leaf wrapped rice—adding a distinctive leaf aroma during steaming.

Brew Guide (taste-first): 1 tsp per cup | hot water | steep about 5 minutes (longer for stronger).

For iced: brew slightly stronger, cool, then pour over ice.
