Product Q&As
Hello how to use
Answer from PURE EXPERTKOZMETİK
Hello, after washing your hair with shampoo in the shower, gently take the water from your hair, take a small amount of the product into your palm, apply it to the lengths of your hair, leave it for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse the product very lightly with just empty water on your hair. This is how the product is applied. Important Note: Be sure to pour both of the potions that come with the mask into the jar and mix thoroughly, your mask will be ready to use this way. Use your product in healthy days. .

Mrb said that it is okay if we do not rinse our hair after applying it, even if the hairdresser does not rinse it.
Answer from PURE EXPERTKOZMETİK
Hello, we recommend that you rinse our product lightly in your hair in the shower. If the entire product remains on your hair, it may cause weight depending on your hair structure. You can use it according to your hair's needs and condition.

Hello, can we apply it alone without adding serum to the mask?
Answer from PURE EXPERTKOZMETİK
Hello, the mask can be applied without mixing the potion, but when you mix the collagen and caviar potions that come with the mask into the mask, the effect of the product is more pronounced. While Collagen provides moisture to your hair, Caviar provides detox care in the potion. Our recommendation is to use the product with mixtures.

Is it okay if I only add the serums to the shampoo and not the mask?
Answer from PURE EXPERTKOZMETİK
Hello, if you mix separate potions into the shampoo and the mask separately, you will get more efficient results from the products.
